Every Uber driver can request a full copy of their driving history, earnings, and trip data. It's free, it's your legal right, and it takes about 2 minutes to request. Here's exactly how.
Skip the app entirely. Go straight to:
myprivacy.uber.com/privacy/exploreyourdata/download
Log in with your Uber credentials, verify your identity, and click request. Done.
The black icon — not the passenger app.
Tap the hamburger menu (top-left), then tap Settings.
This opens your web browser and takes you to Uber's privacy portal.
Uber sends a code to your phone. Enter it to confirm your identity.
You'll get a confirmation email right away. Then wait 1-3 days for Uber to prepare your file.
Uber emails you when the file is ready. Click the link to download a ZIP file named something like
Uber Data Request 73F8BEA1.zip.
Got your ZIP file?
Upload it and get your free 17-chart AI-powered report with your real earnings, true hourly rate, and peak hours.
Upload My Uber Data →Usually 1-3 days. US drivers are covered by CCPA and similar state privacy laws, so Uber typically processes requests quickly — some drivers get it same-day.
The data download works the same way — your Eats deliveries are included in the same ZIP export. However, our report tool currently only analyzes Uber rideshare trip data. UberEats delivery analysis is coming soon.
No. This is a copy. Your Uber account, trip history, and all data remain completely unchanged.
Requesting your data from Uber is 100% free. It's your legal right under privacy laws (CCPA in California, GDPR in EU/UK, and similar laws in other states). Uber cannot charge you for it.
No. Uber provides a full export — everything or nothing. You can't select just trip data or just payments. The ZIP will contain all categories.
The 2-step verification code is sent to the phone number on your Uber account. If you've changed phones or have a VoIP number that can't receive SMS, you'll need to update your phone number in the Uber app first, or contact Uber support.
No. Uber excludes bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and Social Security numbers from the export for security. The payment_methods file only shows the bank name and card type.
Trip history and payments go back to the very first trip on your account — your complete lifetime history. The only exception is app analytics (GPS and device data), which is limited to the last 30 days.
